Appetizing Green Bean Sprouts

Ingredients

Bean sprout - 200 gm
Carrot - 60 gm
Green capsicum - 60 gm
Shredded ginger - 1 tablespoon
Seaweed  (China type) -  a little

Sauce :

Balsamic vinegar  ~ suitable amount
Liquid Amino/Shoyu ~ suitable amount
Sesame oil ~ suitable amount

Method :

  1. Clean bean sprout (take off the roots).   Carrot and green capsicum cut into slices.
  2. Put sauce into a glass bowl and add ingredients (1) and shredded ginger and mixed thoroughly and add in the seaweed. Ready to serve.
