Appetizing Green Bean Sprouts

Bean sprout - 200gm
Carrot - 60gm
Green capsicum - 60gm
Shredded ginger - 1 tablespoon
Seaweed (China type) - a little

Balsamic vinegar - suitable amount
Liquid Amino/Shoyu - suitable amount
Sesame oil - suitable amount

1) Clean bean sprout (take off the roots). Carrot and green capsicum cut into slices.
2) Put sauce into a glass bowl and add ingredients (1) and shredded ginger and mixed thoroughly and add in the seaweed. Ready to serve.
