Cashew Nut Fried Rice

Ingredients:
¼ bowl - Green peas
¼ bowl - Mushroom, diced
¼ bowl - Red pepper (Capsicum)
½ bowl - Cashew nut, roasted till fragrant
4 bowls - Brown rice
2 tablespoon - Coconut oil

Spices:
¼  bowl - stock or water
¼  teaspoon - sea salt
¼  teaspoon - brown sugar
1 teaspoon - soy sauce
a dash of pepper
Note:  Put all the spices in a bowl and mixed them well.

Method:
1) Heat frying pan and add in 1 tablespoon coconut oil. Fry ingredient A till fragrant, dish up and put it aside for later use.
2) Clean the frying pan and put in the remaining coconut oil and fry the brown rice. Gradually add in the mixed spices and stir fry till they are fragrant.
3) Add ingredient A and fry it well. Add the cashew nut, mix well and ready to serve.

 

腰豆炒饭

材料 A:
青豆 - ¼碗
香菇切粒 - ¼碗
红椒切粒 - ¼碗
腰豆烤香 - 半碗

材料 B:
糙米饭 - 4碗
椰子油 - 2汤匙

调味:
水 - ¼碗
海盐 - ¼小匙
砂糖 - ¼小匙
酱油 - 1小匙
胡椒粉 - 少许

作法:
1)先把调味料放在碗内调匀。
2)热锅,下一汤匙椰子油,炒香材料A,盛起待用。
3)洗净锅子,再下油炒热糙米饭,慢慢加入调匀的调味料,炒香。
4)加入材料 A,炒均匀,再加入腰豆拌匀即可。
