Apple Sauce

Ingredients:
Apple  350gm
Water 75cc
Miso 30gm
Molasses  40gm
1 Lemon (skinned and juiced)
Olive oil
A tiny pinch of Cinnamon powder.

Method:

  1. Blend all except the cinnamon powder into a pulpy.
  2. Sprinkle a pinch of Cinnamon powder on top, for additional fragrance.

Remarks:
Lemon serves a vital role to prevent the apple from oxygenation. It preserves the original color of the apple.

苹果酱

材料:
苹果350克
水 75 cc
味增 30克
糖蜜 40克
柠檬一个,去皮取汁
橄榄油肉桂粉少许

作法:

  1. 除肉桂粉外,所有材料入果汁机打成泥状.
  2. 肉桂分洒在上面调香味.

备注:
为避免苹果氧化变色,柠檬扮演着很重要的角色,可以保持苹果原来的自然色泽.
