Ingredients:
Apple 350gm
Water 75cc
Miso 30gm
Molasses 40gm
1 Lemon (skinned and juiced)
Olive oil
A tiny pinch of Cinnamon powder.
Method:
- Blend all except the cinnamon powder into a pulpy.
- Sprinkle a pinch of Cinnamon powder on top, for additional fragrance.
Remarks:
Lemon serves a vital role to prevent the apple from oxygenation. It preserves the original color of the apple.

作法:
- 除肉桂粉外,所有材料入果汁机打成泥状.
- 肉桂分洒在上面调香味.
备注:
为避免苹果氧化变色,柠檬扮演着很重要的角色,可以保持苹果原来的自然色泽.
